The Resilience Monitor provides insight into the state of resilience of employees, teams and the organization as a whole. Measurements take place completely anonymously at the individual level. This creates a reliable picture that provides direction for appropriate interventions. Ideally, you start with the monitor and then deploy targeted interventions. By using the monitor again later, you can also measure what effect the approach has had.
