Resilience is the degree to which you can bounce back after changing situations and setbacks. It helps you train your "resilience muscle. This muscle is crucial to how you handle stress, change and setbacks. A strong resilience muscle means you are better able to bounce back after difficult situations. And the great thing is, you can train this muscle!
With our resilience coaching, you will learn how to focus your attention and experience more energy in your daily life. By combining 3 live or online coaching sessions of 1 hour, with E-learning resilience, you will make yourself more resilient!
At Team Heartbeats, we make the process of resilience coaching easy and fun. After registering, you will receive an email from us to participate in our resilience E-learning.
The Resilience E-learning consists of five blocks of about an hour that you can complete at your own pace.
Meanwhile, you will be paired with one of our resilience coaches.
You and your resilience coach will choose 3 times for personal coaching. These sessions can be online or live, whichever works best for you.
