To measure is to know. ReflACT® is a measurement tool that gives you clear direction and answers to the question of who you are by nature. It holds up a mirror to you.

It lets you discover who you really are and how to make your daily life more fun, convenient and energetic! We take measurements from you, give detailed feedback and make sure you can act on it right away.

How?

Brief preliminary conversation to get your goals clear.
Completing the ReflACT® measurement, this is done online and takes +/- 12 minutes.
After filling everything out, we will process everything in a report and schedule a 1.5-hour personal feedback session.
You will, of course, receive the report in person to review everything later.

ReflACT® stands for Analytical Competence Tool and is a unique measurement capable of outlining a personal profile in a short time (completing the measurement takes only 12 minutes). The measurement uses not only words, but also extensively tested and substantiated images.
