Team Heartbeats B.V. is a Besloten Vennootschap statutorily established in Vinkeveen, registered as such with the Chamber of Commerce under number 81124678 (hereafter to be referred to as: "TEAM HEARTBEATS") Team Heartbeats takes careful handling of your ("Data Subject") personal data very seriously. Personal data are therefore handled and secured with the greatest possible care. In all cases Team Heartbeats observes the applicable laws and regulations.

Data: Surfing and clicking behavior on website, location, IP address, browser specifications, how the Data Subject arrived at the Website (e.g. directly, via a link or search engine), pages viewed, search terms used and the like and the other data mentioned in the cookie notification on the Website.
Basis: Legitimate interest and/or Consent.
Purpose: Handling requests via contact form
Data: Name and address details, e-mail address, telephone number.
Basis: Performance of the Agreement and/or Consent.
4. Data retention period
Team Heartbeats will retain personal data for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and/or for the period during which Data Subject uses the Services and the personal data is necessary for those Services and/or for the period of the Agreement and as long as the personal data is necessary for the performance of the Agreement. If a purpose of data processing is completed, Team Heartbeats will consider whether it is required to retain the personal data under a legal obligation or to settle a claim or dispute.
5. Provision of personal data to third parties
The personal data of Data Subject will be treated with discretion by Team Heartbeats and this personal data will only be processed for the purposes stated in this Privacy Statement. The personal data of Data Subject will not be provided by Team Heartbeats to third parties, unless Data Subject has given its consent or if this is necessary for the performance of the Agreement or if this is necessary in order to perform the functions and/or Services for which Data Subject has given its consent. Third parties engaged by Team Heartbeats will be bound by the terms and conditions applicable under this Privacy Statement. Team Heartbeats is also authorized to provide Data Subjects' personal data to a third party, if Team Heartbeats is required to do so under national or international laws and regulations. Team Heartbeats is also authorized to provide Data Subject's personal data to a third party if this is necessary for the vital interest of the Data Subject or if Team Heartbeats has a legitimate interest to do so.
Furthermore, Team Heartbeats may transfer Data Subject's personal data to third parties in the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of business units or bankruptcy of Team Heartbeats. If required under applicable law, Team Heartbeats will seek the prior consent of Data Subject in such case.

Team Heartbeats makes every effort to protect the personal data of Data Subject. To this end, Team Heartbeats uses technical and organizational security measures to protect personal data managed by Team Heartbeats from manipulation, loss, destruction and access by unauthorized persons. These security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments. Furthermore, the Website is continuously updated with the latest security updates.
The Website may contain links to external websites operated by other companies. Team Heartbeats cannot guarantee the privacy policies of these external websites and bears no responsibility for them, and Team Heartbeats advises Data Subject to carefully review the privacy statements of these external websites.
9. Rights of Data Subject
With regard to the personal data that Team Heartbeats collects and processes, Data Subject has the right at any time to:
Inspection of personal data:
Data Subject may request Team Heartbeats to inspect the personal data that Team Heartbeats has collected and/or processed from Data Subject;
Deletion of personal data:
Data Subject may request Team Heartbeats to delete or erase some or all of the personal data that Team Heartbeats has collected and/or processed from Data Subject;
Rectificationand addition of personal data:
Data Subject may request Team Heartbeats to amend, update, supplement or correct the personal data that Team Heartbeats has collected and/or processed from Data Subject if such data is inaccurate or incomplete;
Restriction of processing personal data:
Data Subject may request Team Heartbeats to restrict the processing of Personal Data collected and/or processed by Team Heartbeats from Data Subject if the data is inaccurate and/or the processing is unlawful and/or the data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and/or Data Subject has objected to the processing.
Data portability personal data:
Data Subject may request Team Heartbeats to receive a copy of a summary of the personal data that Team Heartbeats has collected and/or processed from Data Subject in a standard and customary format;
Objection Personal Data:
Data Subject may request Team Heartbeats to stop collecting and/or processing all or part of their personal data or to limit the collection and/or processing, and Data Subject may at any time object to Team Heartbeats to the processing of their personal data.
The aforementioned requests should be sent by Data Subject to info@teamheartbeats.nl under "Privacy Request". Team Heartbeats will respond to the Privacy Request within a reasonable period of time. Team Heartbeats has the right to charge a reasonable fee for handling such Privacy Request. Team Heartbeats will deal with a Privacy Request only after it has been established that the person making the request is in fact the Data Subject concerned. Team Heartbeats is entitled to reject the Data Subject's Privacy Request in certain cases. Team Heartbeats may reject a Privacy Request only if it can provide a well-founded reason for doing so.

Team Heartbeats reserves the right to modify the Privacy Statement. The most current version of the Privacy Statement can be found on the Website at any time.
